• Application data: name, age, contact details, location, social handles, earnings range, experience, your message and up to five photos you choose to upload.
• Technical data: basic server logs and analytics (if enabled) such as pages viewed and approximate location.

3. Why we process it

To review your application, contact you about working together, and improve our website. Legal basis: your consent (application) and our legitimate interest (site operation). You must be 18 or older to submit an application.

4. Photos

Photos are used solely to assess your application. They are stored securely, seen only by our review team, never published, and deleted within 90 days if we do not proceed together.

5. Sharing

We use trusted processors to receive form submissions and host the site (e.g. form-handling and hosting providers). We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Application data is kept for up to 12 months (photos up to 90 days) unless we enter into an agreement with you, or you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your data, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).

8. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. No advertising trackers.
